  • Background in construction and hospitality

With over 20 years of professional experience, I have built my career around two complementary sectors: hospitality and real estate development. At the age of 18, I entered the hospitality industry, gradually working my way up to management roles. I notably worked for Starwood in London at the St. Regis Hotel, a formative experience that gave me a deep understanding of high-end service standards and operational excellence in a demanding international environment.

In parallel, I became actively involved in the construction sector, leading both residential and hospitality development projects. I developed solid expertise in site management, coordinating contractors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. One of my major achievements was managing a 60,000 m² project in Jerusalem, which included 200 high-end apartments and a luxury hotel under the JW Marriott brand — a large-scale development combining architectural ambition, urban constraints, and international quality standards. My approach is always driven by quality, sustainability, and profitability.

Today, I manage a seaside hotel in Tel Aviv, bringing together both areas of expertise: I oversee the daily hospitality operations while also leading a complete renovation project, transforming the property into a modern lifestyle destination inspired by concepts such as Mama Shelter and Moxy.

Thanks to this dual experience, I offer a comprehensive, strategic, and hands-on perspective, both in the creation and management of hospitality spaces. Versatile, detail-oriented, and deeply committed, I bring my skills to meaningful, people-centered, and sustainable projects.
